We work on interesting research topics in the intersection of integrated circuits and systems for RF and mmWave, wireless communications, radars and biomedical imaging, and quantum computing systems.

News: We are currently looking for motivated Ph.D. applicants with strong fundamentals in circuit design to join our lab at Northeastern University. The research focus would span across integrated circuits for RF and mmWave systems, analog computing, imaging, and communication systems.
